Did you know that you can be spurred to inactivity?

Wow, Nomy, I’m still stunned from reading your account of those murders! That was too damn close for comfort! I followed this news story closely, it broke my heart. I feel for this woman who had her family brutally taken away, simply for doing her job. The media was frothing at the mouth over this and they immediately cast suspicion on a white supremist dude in custody. At that time, I believed they jumped the gun, which was later proven correct, when the killer was found after his apparent suicide.

You know, about a decade ago, I was living at another apartment complex and one day, I came home from work to find icky yellow police tape surrounding the unit opposite mine. Murder! Some poor fella was offed and I never even found out why or whether the even caught the killer??
